Symposium organized by the Political and Geostrategic Observatory of the United States at the French Institute for International and Strategic Affairs (IRIS) and The Academy of Political Science. In collaboration with the Urban and Social Policy Program at Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the University of Quebec in Montreal.
