The research team covers both regional areas and cross-cutting issues, enabling multidisciplinary teams to be formed for each study. It relies on a core team of around a dozen permanent staff and a national and international network of around fifty associates, who know how to combine analysis and foresight. Their rigour and expertise have led them to publish in renowned publications and to be invited to speak at numerous conferences in France and abroad. Each member of the research team is free to express his or her views and opinions freely and responsibly, as IRIS has no official position (see the Institute’s Code of Ethics).
