Defence Industrial Policy in Serbia: Drivers and Influence
Researcher in Belgrade Centre for Security Policy
The series “Defence Industrial Policy in Member States: Drivers and Influence” examines the main factors influencing the European states’ defence industrial policies. By analysing the intersection of national security interests, industrial capabilities and the opportunities offered by international cooperation, the series sheds light on how European states define defence industrial policy. Through themes ranging from the role of strategic partnerships to defence innovation policies and securing supply, the series illustrates how countries are tackling challenges such as dependencies on global supply chains, the evolution of their industrial policy in the face of security threats and the prospects offered by European armaments policy.
