Air Force Brigadier General Patrice Moyeuvre is an associate research fellow at IRIS, specialised in Turkey and more particularly in its defense and armament issues.

Air Force Brigadier General Patrice Moyeuvre ended his military career on August 31, 2015 after holding operational positions in the Air Force commando paratroopers and staff positions in the Air Force, in a joint environment and in the framework of NATO and the European Union. He was twice assigned to the French Embassy in Ankara as Deputy Defense Attaché and then Defense Attaché. He has served as the French Liaison Officer to the Combined Joint Command Southeast in Izmir and as the Air Defense Coordination Officer to the Combined Air Operations Center No. 6 in Eskisehir.

He was deployed in 2006 to Lebanon as the Air Component Commander of Operation BALISTE and in 2007 to Afghanistan as the Air Advisor to the French Representative in Operation PAMIR.
